PIA Leadership Engages in International Training and School Visits in Nairobi

Pantokrator International Academy (PIA) is proud to announce that its management team is currently participating in an international experience-sharing visit and professional training program organized by the East African branch of Cambridge Educational Institutions in Nairobi, Kenya.

Phase 1: Experience-Sharing Visit (April 3–4, 2025)
As part of this initiative, the PIA leadership team visited several leading Cambridge-affiliated schools in Nairobi, gaining valuable insights into global best practices in education. These institutions included:

St. Christopher’s International School
Trinitas International School
Millfield International School
Crawford International School

Phase 2: Professional Training (April 5–6, 2025)

Following the school visits, the management team is also participating in an annual professional development program hosted by Cambridge University Press (East Africa) at Brookhouse International School.

The training, titled “Creating a Culture of Coaching and Mentoring for School Improvement,” is designed to enhance leadership capacity, promote continuous professional growth, and support sustainable school improvement initiatives.

During the visits, the team engaged in meaningful discussions focused on:

Inclusive Education: Enhancing support systems for students with diverse learning needs
Cambridge Checkpoint Preparation: Effective strategies for preparing Year 7 and Year 9 students for the 2025/2026 examinations
Partnership Development: Exploring opportunities for collaboration and future agreements (MOUs) to strengthen academic excellence at PIA
